Conceptual Design
At this stage the designer will come out to your property and meet with you to discuss your ideas and wants.  The designer will have ideas while on site with you and go through some preliminary ideas during this time.  After the initial meeting we will know which direction you would like to go and develop a plan.

Site Planning
A master plan for your property creates one unified vision for development.  This is a long term plan for a site or property.   

Site Analysis
This is a very useful process we offer to clients when they are considering a project.  We can come out and take a look at the site with them and discuss opportunities and constraints of their property.
