Twin Shores Landscape & Construction Service

Landscape Architecture

We offer award winning designs in conjunction with the highest quality construction standards. This approach has proven to offer our clients the most unique and personal projects.

First, we meet with the client whether it is a residential home-owner, private company, or a municipality and determine the goal of the project. Oftentimes this will require visiting the site and doing a site analysis.

From this stage we will begin the schematic design which may start from an on-site sketch or a quick idea scribbled down in the office. These ideas are what we call “brainstorming.” Since these are rough and un-refined we can get a good idea of which direction our client would like to go. As the design evolves we will continue to refine our drawings until we get to a completed master plan stage.

Once this plan is approved, if necessary, we will execute construction documents and specifications. As your project moves towards construction we will oversee the construction and ensure the design intent of the plans are realized.

Our understanding of this process, will result in designs that improve both quality of life and quality of the environment.

Our staff includes a licensed landscape architect, a LEED accredited professional, as well as landscape architectural design staff.
